Kadaclan Village Sunrise

To triumph over something often means the loss of something else...

It had rained until early this morning so I feared that I wouldn't be able to see any sunrise. It was gloomy while I was walking up, but I fought the urge to continue going up despite that feeling. Well obviously I wasn't disappointed. As I took pictures and sat on the road, admiring the view, I thought, "I got my target shot. I wouldn't be coming back here any time soon." That thought both elated me and made me sad. The thrill of capturing a moment and the effort you put into getting it right is all part of the package. The hardships of getting to a goal no matter how difficult it seems. I got it, I got my goal. My efforts paid off.

"But now what?"

I was thinking of this as I browsed my pictures for the week, seeing the pics from last Sunday and Tuesday, I thought, "It's time to go to the next destination."
